How to play
Want to take part in our prize competitions? Here's a simple step-by-step guide to help you get started and understand how it all works.
1. When the Competition Runs
Each competition has a clear Opening Date and Closing Date. These dates (and times) are always listed on the competition page, and they follow the UK time.
We may need to change these dates from time to time (for example, due to technical issues), but we won’t extend the Closing Date just to sell more entries. If anything changes, we’ll update the website.
Important: Entries must be received before the Closing Date and time. Late entries are not valid and can’t be refunded.
2. How to Enter
To enter a competition, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Create an Account
You must first register on our website. One account per person – no exceptions. If we detect multiple accounts from the same person, all of them will be closed and you won’t be able to enter.
Step 2: Choose a Competition
Pick the competition you want to enter. Check the prize, the question (if there is one), and any entry limits.
Step 3: Answer the Question (if required)
Some competitions may ask a question. Make sure you answer carefully – and in English only.
Step 4: Buy Your Entries
Buy as many entries as you like – unless a maximum number of entries (per person or overall) has been set. If the maximum number is reached, no more entries will be accepted.
Step 5: Submit Your Answer
Once you’ve purchased your entries, submit your answer (if the competition has a question).
That’s it – you're in the draw!
3. Entering for Free
You can also enter by post. Here’s how:
Send your entry by first or second class post to:
TYCHE PROMOTIONS LTD, Unit 154377, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL
Do NOT hand-deliver – these entries won’t be accepted.
Your letter must include:
- The competition name
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your phone number and email address
- Your answer to the competition question (if there is one)
Important Notes:
- Details must match your online account.
- Entries must be posted separately – bulk entries in one envelope won’t count as multiple entries.
- Entries must arrive before the Closing Date.
- Illegible or incomplete entries won’t be accepted.
- Proof of posting is not proof of entry.
4. After You Enter
You’ll get a confirmation if you enter online (except for free entries).
We won’t confirm if your answer is right or wrong for free postal entries.
We are not responsible for entries lost or delayed due to postal issues or technical problems.
5. A Final Note
By entering, you’re agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and confirming that you’re eligible to take part.
Good luck – and thanks for playing!
