Rather than being defined by age, the Classic Cut series is built around exceptional cask selection. For the 2025 Edition, The Macallan has brought together sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks alongside a subtle influence from bourbon casks, creating a whisky that is rich, vibrant and full of character.

Expect aromas of orange oil, milk chocolate, creamy vanilla panna cotta and warm apple turnover. On the palate, bright notes of grapefruit and mandarin combine with lemon meringue sweetness and caramelised almonds before giving way to a long finish of melon, citrus and warming oak spice.
